After trying the most expensive and highest rated cotton candy floss on the market we were not impressed with the flavors. So we decided to grind up actual candy and send it through our machine. The result was some of the best cotton candy you will ever experience!

Culinary legend has it that fudge was invented in America. On Valentine's Day, 1886, a confectioner and chocolate maker in Baltimore, Maryland "fudged" a batch of French caramels. The delicious result? The very first batch of "fudge" ever.

Fudge is best stored at room temperature for 2 to 3 weeks in its original container. NEVER REFRIGERATE your fudge as this will draw out the moisture and leave you with dry, crumbly fudge.

Fudge is a crystalline candy. The key to a great piece of fudge is managing the crystallization of the sugar solution you're using. The tiny microcrystals of sugar are what gives fudge it's smooth texture. When you get those crystals to come together at just the right time, you've mastered the perfect batch of fudge.
